宁葛才让/黄才伦/等，本片主要讲述的是懵懵懂懂的小青年小虎（宁葛才让 饰），在21岁那年跟随二叔（黄才伦 饰）来到国际大都会北京打工。二叔是个黄牛党，日常周游各大剧场前，号称全北京城仅次于七叔的黄牛业者。自然而然，小虎也跟随二叔学艺，只不过卖出的票寥寥，腰间的钱包瘪瘪。小虎有个叫小梅的女朋友，二叔眼光毒辣，认定小梅只是将侄子当成提款机，因此使出浑身解数要拆散他们。无奈小虎吃了迷魂汤一般，将小梅视为真命天女，平日里缩衣节食，只为尽快攒够5000块钱给女友买一部iPhone 4。二叔见他如此执着，于是给他一次单独买票的机会，并且传授了诸多秘不示人的倒票绝学。只是不知，小虎能否顺利完成任务……
